BUTT LIFT AESTHETICS

Butt lift surgeries describe surgery that is usually performed to make the sagging butt area look more aesthetic.

The need for a butt lift has recently become an increasing desire with the influence of social media. It can happen in a person whose hips are genetically flabby, as well as with age or after excessive weight loss. It has been a very popular surgery, especially after weight loss surgeries.

When making a butt lift indication, the lower and upper parts of the patient's hip area should be evaluated separately. In the butts that are excessively sagging, an aesthetic appearance is provided in the butt area by planning the lifting operations made from the upper parts in such a way that there will be traces in the underwear. In some cases, it may also be necessary to perform additional operations on the bottom line of the butt, since the surgery cannot provide sufficient improvement.

Butt lift surgeries can be combined with many surgeries. If butt augmentation is also desired, the adipose tissue of the butt that has sagged down can be reshaped and projected, as in the same breast lift surgery. It is not recommended to perform facial procedures together with breast surgeries, as it is necessary to provide a lying position on the face in the subsequent process of this butt lift surgery performed under general anesthesia.

In cases where the butt is excessively sagging, this butt sagging cannot be corrected by fat transfer to the butt and may cause an increase in sagging. For this reason, butt lift surgeries should not be confused with Brazilian type fat transfer surgeries.

In butt lift surgeries, the scar is planned to remain in the underwear. This trace is sometimes planned on the upper side of the butt, sometimes on the lower side, sometimes on the inner side.

After butt lift surgeries, a corset is worn. The corset should be used for more than 4 weeks. Operations are performed under general anesthesia.the patient is discharged after 1 night of hospitalization, during the 6-week period after the butt lift surgery, the patient should use a soft pillow while sitting and excessive physical activity should be avoided
