Each breed has its own breast shape, the width, color and size of the nipples differ from each other. At the end of puberty, sometimes developmental and sometimes familial characteristics are not sufficiently developed and may normally remain smaller. WHO IS THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR BREAST AUGMENTATION?

• * Feeling insecure when wearing clothes that fit over the top,
• * Structurally very large in the hip area,
• * Complain about her breasts that are smaller than before after giving birth and have lost their vitality,
• * As a result of weight loss, the breasts have become much smaller than necessary,
• • One breast is visibly smaller than the other

Patients are candidates for breast augmentation surgery. However, as with any plastic surgery, people who have realistic expectations and who do not have health problems that would pose a risk to have surgery are the right candidates. Breast augmentation with silicone prosthesis Silicone prostheses consist of hard silicone on the outside and dense liquid silicone on the inside. Contrary to what is known, it is one of the most difficult products to tear and burst. Silicone prostheses differ according to their shape, according to their structure and according to the production of their surface. Silicone prostheses are divided into 2 according to their shape; Drop (Anatomical) prosthesis; has a flat bottom and an upper surface that increases from top to bottom. It has a denser rigid structure compared to round prostheses. In the decollete part, it is not as prominent as a round prosthesis. It is more suitable for the natural breast image. Round prosthesis; It has a hemispherical shape and has a softer consistency. It is more useful in determining the décolleté zone.

TYPES OF SILICONE GEL IMPLANTS

Cohesiv 1TM : It is a standard, soft, cohesive gel implant type and is available in rough round types.

Cohesiv 2TM : It has a slightly harder gel consistency and is available in the form of a rough round implant.

Cohesiv 3TM: It is the gel with the most binding structure and it is the gel that gives the necessary vitality and density to get the most appropriate aesthetic result.

INCISION SITES IN BREAST PROSTHESES

A breast implant is placed in the breast through an incision of 3 to 5 cm from the nipple, depending on whether the nipple is wide enough; round or drop from the edge of the colored part of the breast. If the nipple is not wide enough, it can be placed by making a 3 – 5 cm incision to coincide with the fold under the breast. A third incision site, only a round prosthesis, can be chosen as an armpit.

IMPROVEMENT IN BREAST IMPLANT SURGERIES

Breast augmentation surgery is preferred to be performed under general anesthesia. a 1-night hospitalization is planned. When leaving the hospital, a drain is left in both breasts in order to easily expel the fluid accumulated inside. These drains will be followed and removed within a day. He can return to work a week after the operation. However, it is necessary not to lift heavy and do sports for 3 weeks after the operation. After the surgically printed sports bra that is worn after surgery is worn for at least a month, normal bra use is started.
